When we share/export reports with many rows, not all of them are visible. How can we solve this?

You need to increase the table size (how many rows are shown at once) and save the report. You can change it to any value you like (not limiting to the limit of 200) by clicking directly on the number and then typing the desired limit (for example, 1000) from the keyboard.
