Report folders can be found when clicking "Analytics" button in the side menu.
Main folders
These are automatically created and named folders. There can be several subfolders under any of these main folders. Which main folder a report is shown under depends on who it is visible to:
Analytics library
All default reports and dashboard created by Zoined and visible to all Zoined users are listed here. The data in those reports is of course your company's data, and the more data sources your company has attached to Zoined, the more default reports will be visible to your. The main categories of default reports include:
Customers
Organisations
Demand and supply
Footfall
Occupancy
Time and attendance
My analytics
This folder will become visible to you once you create and save your first personal report. Reports shown under this main folder are created by you, and only visible to you. Once you turn a report you created into a team- or a company report, it will be automatically transferred into the corresponding main folder.
Company analytics
This is a list of all reports made by a member of your company, and shared with the company. Even if a report is only restricted to one other person within the company (read more about visibility settings from here), it will still be shown to the creator and the one it's shared with under company analytics.
Team analytics
Team reports are shown under the main folder for that particular team. To move a report into a team folder you must first:
Create the team (if not created yet)-> see how to create a team from here.
Open and edit the report you want to make a team report
Change the report type into a team report
Select the desired team from the dropdown menu
Note! If you want to share a report with more than one team, you have to make it into a company report, and restrict the visibility to the desired teams. This will move the report to company reports.
Subfolders
You can create subfolders under all main folders apart from Analytics library. Create a folder by moving your pointer next to the header of the main folder. An image of a folder will appear next to the main folder's header. You can create a new folder from the "Add folder" button and giving it a name. Once you have created a folder you can drag and drop reports/dashboards to between the subfolders as you wish.
