Company Settings

The following language, formatting and time settings are available for change in the company settings portal:

You can select which timelines, comparisons, filters and metrics are selected in dashboards by default. For example if you would ideally like your company users to view their sales KPI's without VAT/tax, then you can select that option. Or if you would like to exclude a closed down store from all reports by default, you can set that filter in this section. These selections will only apply to dashboards with no predefined settings. For reports you can choose a default comparison.

The time periods which are by default visible are only a fraction of all available dynamic time periods in Zoined! You can select which time periods are available for your company users (The grey one are hidden and will not be shown), and rearrange the periods so that the most relevant ones are displayed first on your report and dashboard panels. First five time periods in the list will be available for quick selection. If your company users does not see the specific time period, it can be because it is hidden in the time periods settings and admin can make it visible by clicking it.

You can hide or unhide comparison values, rename them in different languages, view their comparison keys, and reorder their display order. If needed, you can also reset the settings to their default values at any time.The comparisons can be time period, but it can also be a budget or forecast. If your company users does not see the specific Comparisons, it can be because it is hidden in the time periods settings and admin can make it visible by clicking it.

Depending on your data, we have up to 250+ metrics available out of the box. You can read in detail of our current metrics in this blog: Zoined metrics explained. For each Metric, Grouping, and Filter configuration, you can hide or unhide items, rename them in different languages, view their technical name (key), or reset them to their default settings if you want to revert your changes.

Important note: So If you are missing a metric, grouping or filtering option on your reports, have a look in the settings first to see if the metric you need is available, but hidden.

The list of available metrics and groupings will be updated if you enrich your data from data management, or via our API. We also offer many industry-specific integrations out of the box for additional automated data sources.
