You can get a new password to Zoined Analytics by going to the Login page (https://app.zoined.com/), and clicking "Forgot your password?" under the Sign in button.

The direct link to the password reset page is https://app.zoined.com/users/password/new

Please enter your email address exactly as it is set up on your account, and then you will shortly receive further instructions via email, as follows.

The link in the email takes you to the following screen, where you can enter a new password of your choice (twice for confirmation).
